Our property consists of 42 acres with 10 acres reserved for our guests to enjoy. There are numerous trails to hike while you are staying or just enjoy the relaxing creek. In the warmer months, we offer tubes to float in. There are two access points into the creek. The trails go through the property in differing difficulty levels. Take a more difficult hike around the perimeter featuring more hills or take a quick jaunt from the RV site to the Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the scenery or evening sunset. Take a ride onto the Blue Ridge Parkway for some beautiful scenery or head into West Jefferson to enjoy the restaurants and shopping or any of the ongoing events. Foodies will enjoy the Havana Café for some great Cuban food.

Site 1 (Upper)
We had a wonderful time camping at Peak Creek over the weekend. The area is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the peaceful sound of the creek down below our site and hearing all of the birds chirping. A short walk up the hill provides a nice vista of mountains to the west and also a view of the nearby countryside. Spectacular sunsets in the evening! With this trip I was looking for a nice peaceful site where I could just enjoy being outside and relaxing. With only 2 sites and beautiful surroundings, I found exactly what I was looking for. Everywhere you look you can see that Greg has put time and effort into making these sites top notch. Greg was an excellent host and helped make our weekend getaway memorable. Scott D.
